• Process and verify customer invoices and credit notes
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of customer statements and aging reports
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes
• Manage customer accounts receivable balances and ensure timely collection of payments
• Prepare and maintain relevant documentation and records related to customer accounts
• Assist with month-end closing activities including reconciling accounts receivable balances
• Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team as needed

• Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or related role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
