Role Overview:
The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Business Process Consultant is responsible for leading the project planning and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors services. This role involves working closely with customers, sales, pre-sales and other service delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of implementation, optimization, and support projects. The Senior Business Process Consultant will drive business growth, will collaborate with internal stakeholders and will ensure quality in delivering SuccessFactors service engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, business objectives, and how SAP SuccessFactors can address their HR challenges.
• Serve as the module leader during project engagements, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of the Projects.
2. Service Delivery & Project Management:
• Deliver SAP SuccessFactors projects, ensuring they meet quality of the solution and timeline expectations.

3. Business Development & Sales Support:

• Create and deliver proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and project estimates that align with client needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales team during the sales cycle for complex deals to help position SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support overall engagements and help position SAP in new areas like Business AI in the region.
5. Self Development:
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and professional development.

6. Product Expertise:

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or HR technology, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors services.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations or optimizations from start to finish.
• Previous experience in a business management or client-facing leadership role is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, including deep understanding of inter-related processes like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking.

SEA AI Customer Advisory Lead

The goal of the SEA AI Customer Advisory leader is to work closely in tandem with SEA leadership, to ensure that SAP’s Business AI strategy is rolled out and executed with consideration of market unit feedback and priorities. In this individual contributor role, you will own the SEA AI GTM strategy and execution across the market unit, with a clear focus on pipeline generation, progression and Business AI adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The SEA AI Customer Advisory Lead has a mix of Business Development and Presales skills to drive success in responsibilities across GTM strategy, demand generation, strategic engagement pursuits to drive pipeline progression, thought leadership, community engagement and enablement, partner management and Bus AI adoption to drive customer success.

Core tasks include:

GTM Strategy & Demand Generation

• Working closely with the SEA MD and CBO to define the short and mid-term GTM strategy for AI with focus on pipeline development, pipeline progression and adoption. • Provide deal progression support for top deals powered by the SEA expert pool across embedded and custom AI with BTP.

• Support the development and localization of a methodology and set of services that Customer Advisory needs to offer to our customers to teach, tailor and take control of sales opportunities for Business AI

Customer Success – AI Adoption

• Establish a channel for customer success between CSP, CA, Support and Labs team to foster better deployments and happier customers.
• Implement a structured approach for gathering and analyzing customer feedback post-implementation to drive continuous improvement in AI solutions and services
• Work closely with the CSP teams to identify potential accounts which can be AI success stories
• Support the development and maintenance of a repository of case studies and customer testimonials to support sales efforts and showcase the value of SAP’s AI solutions
• Ensure lighthouse customer references are being created with a special focus on Joule activation and adoption is essential
• Identify large BTP CPEA install base accounts and work with MU leads and management to drive up consumption with AI

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

The Project Principal Consultant works for customers covered by a long-term post-sales engagement. An engagement is a collaborative relationship between a customer and individual resources or teams with a specific mandate based on a defined contract.

· Assist in planning calls and outbound activities to generate Opportunities using the most efficient means, in collaboration with the Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, Sales Management

· Align with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market

· Generate and Qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) as agreed with management

· Pass qualified leads to Inside Sales resource for sales stage execution

· Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports

OPPORTUNITY AND LEAD NURTURING

· Support follow up on aging/stagnant leads and help to identify opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycles

· Plan call and e-mail activities in close alignment with Sales for most efficient opportunity acceleration

· Drive ongoing nurturing of opportunities expected to enter active sales cycles in 6-12 months out as agreed with management

· Data entry in the CRM system

· Document all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities using the adequate systems correctly, work together with manager/expert as necessary

WORK EXPERIENCE:

· 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Demand Generation, Operation or Sales support

· Effective delivery of analysis results with data Visualization skills

· Basic understanding and utilization of Text Mining

· High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system

· Business level English

· Bachelor or equivalent business experience
