Job Description & Requirements

• Posses excellent design flair, efficient in AutoCad, 3D StudioMax, Photoshop skills to a high standard with an eye for details & great personality
• Design Conceptualization & Space Management
• With excellent communication & presentation skills

• Able to work under pressure/tight deadline
• Strong in design concept & detail drawings
• Independent & motivated
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, retail & hospitality design

· Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules

· Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication

· Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and payroll

· Act as the organizational receptionist and receive calls and guests

· Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary

· Maintains and organizes meeting schedules

· Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies

· Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items

· Able to commit night shift/during weekends &PH

· Able to commit OT

· Site & office project management and daily operations including inspections, handover, site measurements, conduct site meeting, project management.

· Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet project completion target.

· Site co-ordination, monitoring and report work progress.

· Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements

· Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed

· Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements

· Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items

· Lay out floorings, roofings or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible

· Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated

· Ensure job completed within time schedule and as per standard

· Candidates who possess Driving license Class 3 & 4 will be an added advantage

· Able to commit night shift/during weekends &PH

· Able to commit OT

· Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources

· Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

· Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects

· Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals

· Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

· Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

· Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals

· Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

· Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed

· Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

Responsibilities
