Warehouse Assistant – 3 months extendable contract

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough checks on Hand tool stock in warehouse (specifically for sighting of rust / damage packing)

• Cleaning of rust / dust on tools

• Perform filtering and packing activities of Handtools cargo in stock

• Ensure high accuracy of work

• Provide assistance & support within the Warehouse Department

• Ensure safety policies are carried out at all times within the work place environment

• Perform other related warehousing duties (if necessary)

• Any other duties as assigned by Senior Regional Commercial Manager or Warehouse Manager

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘N’ Level & Above.

• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn

• Physically fit to work in Warehouse environment

5 days work (Monday to Friday)

Service Technician will be required to service, repair and calibrate a wide range of torque measuring equipment to company standards & procedures in our SAC-SINGLAS accredited laboratory. This will involve lifting and applying weights to calibration equipment, making adjustments as required and recording the results accurately to produce calibration certificates.

This hands-on role also involves the set-up/repair of equipment to the required tolerances and fault finding to component level.

Attention to detail to meet quality standards is essential, together with the ability to multi-task and think laterally in problem solving.

Responsibilities:

1. To carry out calibrations & adjustment to the required standards.

2. Setup of instrumentation/equipment.

3. Fault finding and repair of equipment.

4. To receive, interpret and carry out the requests of customers (internal and external) with regards to calibrations.

5. To advise laboratory management promptly of potential or actual issues requiring action.

A minimum qualification of Diploma in electronics, electrical, mechatronics or mechanical engineering

Requirements:

· Diploma in Business studies or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years customer service experience in order processing and export shipping

· Knowledge of L/C processing will be an added advantage

· Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

· Attend to all phone or fax sales enquiries from customers.

· Process customers’ quotations and orders in an efficient and timely manner

· Responsible for order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate input of Sales Order & Purchase Order to the system

· Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status

· Process export documentation for shipments to other region

· Process documentation for LC negotiation (whenever applicable)

· Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers’ orders.

· Generate billings on a timely basis for all orders that were completed

· Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target

• Drive with safety as a priority

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Clean traffic records and good driving skills

• Experienced driving MPV cars is an advantage
• Fluent in English speaking, and understanding
• At least 5 years driving experience
• Willing to work overtime/weekends / PH
• Punctual & Good time management

5.5 days work from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Willing to work full day on Saturday with overtime
