Job Title: (.Net/Java, Wintel, AS/400) Application Analyst

Work Location: Downtown Core, Singapore

Job Type: 1 year contract, subject to renewal

About the Job

The Application Analyst will manage AS/400 and Wintel Gaming applications, providing level 2 support. Responsibilities include resolving application issues, coordinating with stakeholders, IT, auditors, and vendors, and managing small to medium-scale projects for cybersecurity, bug fixes, and enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide Level 2 application support, minor projects and request fulfilment.

· Front incoming incident tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues.

· Provide incident resolution management and root cause analysis techniques to determine cause and resolve complex system issues.

· Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders.

· Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.

· Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.

· Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required.

· Record, track, and document the incident-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.

· Post software updates and update knowledge bases.

· Any other ancillary tasks or works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· At least 3 year of Application Analyst experience.

· .Net/Java knowledge is essential.

· MSSQL knowledge is also preferred.

· Experience in application support using problem resolution and root cause analysis techniques. In depth knowledge of Wintel application and troubleshooting methods.

· Software developing/programming skills in ASP.NET, VB.NET, VB6, JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, Batch scripting, XML, .NET Framework 3.5 and above, Java.

· Experience with setup, managing and troubleshooting IIS web services and Windows services is a must.

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and experience in applying these skills to resolve issues.

· Able to analyze the requirements and propose the suitable solution for the business needs.

· Experience with:

o Troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.

o Software installation, build, continuous integration and source.

· Required to undergo Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) checks.

About the Job

To provide essential support in monitoring and maintaining the health of the network infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities:

A) Monitor systems performance

· Monitor performance and capacity of computer systems to ensure stable operations

· Gather data for network health check reports for software and hardware teams

· Identify issues, alerts, or malfunctions in software and/or hardware components

Job Summary

The Account Manager acts as a key point of contact between an organisation and its clients. He/She possesses thorough product knowledge and oversees product and/or service sales. He/she works with customers to identify their needs and prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information. He/she contacts existing customers to discuss and give recommendations on how specific products or services can meet their needs. · Prepare proposals, costings, quotations, and presentation deck, as well as lead the meetings with customers to turn the business opportunity into sales.

· Advise the customer on technology adoption and implementation strategy including architecture, integration, selection, and operation to improve the success of the customer’s business operation.

· Manage and coordinate resources, as well as, meet contract obligations to deliver good customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to develop effective sales action programs.

· Work closely with Channel Partners and Principals to develop and promote new products and services to existing, as well as, new clientele.

B. Customer Relationship Management

· Establish and sustain strong business relationships between Thatz and the customers through informal meetings and networking activities.

· Seek business opportunities from customers and fulfill their business needs promptly to convert them into sales.

C. Others

· Strategize, plan, execute, and monitor/review/modify the business development and sales function implementations to achieve the agreed objectives and targets ahead of schedule or on a timely basis.

· Support regional business expansion plan, when necessary.

We are looking for a Part-time App Pilot User (as App Tester) for a new digital platform for the new economy (normal). You will be responsible for using the new application and provide your user experience feedback for the platform.

Job Title: MS SQL/Oracle Junior Database Administrator

About the Job

The Database Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and patching/vulnerability assessment of critical Microsoft SQL/Oracle server systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of corporate applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Manage Microsoft SQL & Oracle server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.

· Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.

· Perform vulnerability/risk assessment and patching of MS SQL/Oracle security/functional patches onto Production and Non Production environment.

· Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

· Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document charges.

· Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.

· Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems, including weekends & public holidays.

· Perform scheduled maintenance (DB patching/Upgrades) and support release deployment activities after hours.

· Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship.

· Any other ancillary tasks or works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· At least 1 year of MS SQL & Oracle database administration experience.

· Operational and Customer service focus.

· Ability to manage and prioritize own workload. Have good planning, organizational, and time management skills.

· Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

· Experience with backups, restoring and recovery models.

· Knowledge in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL & Oracle servers.

· Experienced in performing vulnerability assessment & MS SQL/Oracle patching.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Positive attitude, a team player to support the team.

· Proven ability to:

o Organize and plan work independently

o Work in a rapidly changing environment

o Multitask and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.

· Required to undergo Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) checks.

Job Summary

The Account Manager acts as a key point of contact between an organisation and its clients. He/She possesses thorough product knowledge and oversees product and/or service sales. He/she works with customers to identify their needs and prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information. Primary Responsibilities:

A) Business Development and Sales Generation

· To promote and market Thatz 2.0 core competencies in Business Solutions and Nextgen Enterprise ICT Services.

· Responsible for business development, revenue growth, productivity, and profit of each customer engagement.

· Implement sales strategy, identify new sales opportunities, and convert sales opportunities to meet sales targets.

· Prepare proposals, costings, quotations, and presentation deck, as well as lead the meetings with customers to turn the business opportunity into sales.

· Advise the customer on technology adoption and implementation strategy including architecture, integration, selection, and operation to improve the success of the customer’s business operation.

· Manage and coordinate resources, as well as, meet contract obligations to deliver good customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to develop effective sales action programs.

· Work closely with Channel Partners and Principals to develop and promote new products and services to existing, as well as, new clientele.

B. Customer Relationship Management

· Establish and sustain strong business relationships between Thatz and the customers through informal meetings and networking activities.

· Seek business opportunities from customers and fulfill their business needs promptly to convert them into sales.

C. Others

· Strategize, plan, execute, and monitor/review/modify the business development and sales function implementations to achieve the agreed objectives and targets ahead of schedule or on a timely basis.

· Support regional business expansion plan, when necessary.

1. Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or related field.

2. At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the Sales and Marketing field in the ICT industry with good customer engagement expertise.

3. Working experience on web user interface components like Bootstrap and Kendo UI.
4. Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services.
5. Experience with relational database technology including schema design, stored procedure development and SQL queries.
6. Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JQuery.
7. Experience in Microsoft Word Add-ins development.

Job Summary

The Account Manager acts as a key point of contact between an organisation and its clients. He/She possesses thorough product knowledge and oversees product and/or service sales. He/she works with customers to identify their needs and prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information. He/she contacts existing customers to discuss and give recommendations on how specific products or services can meet their needs. He/she maintains customer relationships to strategically place new products and drive sales for long-term growth.

He/she works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and travels frequently to clients' premises for meetings. He/she is familiar with client relationship management and sales tools. He/she is knowledgeable of the organisation's products and services, as well as trends, developments and challenges of the industry domain.

The Account Manager is a resourceful, people-focused and persistent individual, who takes rejection as a personal challenge to succeed when given opportunity. He/she appreciates the value of long lasting relationships and prioritises efforts to build trust with existing and potential customers. He/she exhibits good listening skills and is able to establish rapport with customers and team members alike easily.

Primary Responsibilities:

A) Business Development and Sales Generation

· To promote and market Thatz 2.0 core competencies in Business Solutions and Nextgen Enterprise ICT Services.

· Responsible for business development, revenue growth, productivity, and profit of each customer engagement.

· Implement sales strategy, identify new sales opportunities, and convert sales opportunities to meet sales targets.

· Prepare proposals, costings, quotations, and presentation deck, as well as lead the meetings with customers to turn the business opportunity into sales.

· Advise the customer on technology adoption and implementation strategy including architecture, integration, selection, and operation to improve the success of the customer’s business operation.

· Manage and coordinate resources, as well as, meet contract obligations to deliver good customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to develop effective sales action programs.

· Work closely with Channel Partners and Principals to develop and promote new products and services to existing, as well as, new clientele.

B. Customer Relationship Management

· Establish and sustain strong business relationships between Thatz and the customers through informal meetings and networking activities.

· Seek business opportunities from customers and fulfill their business needs promptly to convert them into sales.

C. Others

· Strategize, plan, execute, and monitor/review/modify the business development and sales function implementations to achieve the agreed objectives and targets ahead of schedule or on a timely basis.

· Support regional business expansion plan, when necessary.

What we are looking for?

1. Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or related field.

2. At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the Sales and Marketing field in the ICT industry with good customer engagement expertise.

3. Professional, enterprising, resourceful, self-initiated/starter/motivated, detailed, and sales/result-oriented personnel.

4. Quick learner and adaptive to a dynamic working environment.

5. Reliable and able to take ownership of areas under your responsibilities.

Application Developer

Job Title: Application Developer

Work Location: Downtown, Singapore

Job Type: 4 Years Contract, subject to renewal

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain the organization's CRM database system and Billing & Accounting system.
2. Implement data models that align with business requirements and optimize system performance for both CRM and Billing & Accounting system.
3. Configure workflows, forms, and other elements to enhance user experience.
4. Implement and enforce data security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
5. Optimize database performance and conduct regular system audits.
6. Maintenance and improvement of console applications for notifications.
7. Develop and administration of Microsoft Word Add-ins.
8. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database architecture, configurations, and processes
10. Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
11. Perform other related tasks as when required.

Job Requirements:

1. A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Science, IT, Engineering or related field from a recognized university.

1. A minimum of 3 years of programming experience in object-oriented programming languages using C#.
2. Experience in ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, VB.Net, Web API, and Entity Framework.
3. Working experience on web user interface components like Bootstrap and Kendo UI.
4. Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services.
5. Experience with relational database technology including schema design, stored procedure development and SQL queries.
6. Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JQuery.
7. Experience in Microsoft Word Add-ins development.
8. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Unit testing.
9. Experience in Agile / Scrum / CMMI methodologies (or any equivalent).
