The Blue Pocket (TBP) is looking for an Operations Executive (Events Logistics) to join our fast growing team and company. The primary focus of this role is to carry out onsite execution and delivery of events. The chosen candidate is required to coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment. They will operate as the point of contact for assigned accounts and are expected to develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts. They will also be handling project administration and management of workflow including temp staff.

Job Requirements

- Exceptional project management, and time management skills.

- Highly organised, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable with the ability to handle high pressure last-minute, urgent request.

- Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve and come up with solutions and recommendations.

- Ensuring a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned.

You are the person that finds solutions when others can only see problems. You have an enthusiastic approach to servicing clients' needs, and when things gets tough - you rise to the challenge. Reporting directly to the managers, you will work on a wide range of projects for our Multi-national client base.

Responsibilities Include:

• Tracking project plans and assisting the team in ensuring timeliness of work completion
• Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
• Responsible for overseeing the development of the platform for the event
• Using initiative to problem solve and find satisfactory solutions.
• Work with Project lead and team to determine all platform requirements for virtual and physical events.
• Travelling for site inspections and events
• Experience in the event industry would be preferred
• Presentation building/design skills
• Minimum 4 Years' of experience

Job Description:

• Collaborate actively in the conceptualisation, adaptation, visualisation, and execution of campaign-related design projects
• Study briefs, determine design requirements, schedule projects and conceptualise visuals based on the requirements
• Prepare design drafts, develop illustrations/graphics using relevant design software, test and apply graphics across various media (print and digital), and FA
• Ensure the timely delivery of all assigned tasks, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality with minimal supervision
• Foster close collaboration with team members to craft imaginative design solutions
• Work closely with the Marketing Director and Graphic Designer to achieve project objectives and deliver innovative and creative designs
• Demonstrate expertise in typography, layout, and composition to ensure that all design materials are visually captivating and easily comprehensible
• Responsibly handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven Graphic Design experience
• A compelling portfolio of graphic design projects must be presented
• Must be proficient and have necessary skills in operating design software applications, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
• Familiarity with 3D design and photography skills is considered an asset
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision when required

Job Scope

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Communicate with shopping malls and venues to secure event space, plus negotiate access fees and event contracts.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts by actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of events, from concept to execution, ensuring all aspects align with client objectives and agency standards.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.
• Identify and grow opportunities with client – both for current projects and potential new campaigns.
• Employ creative methods to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to project budgets.
