About the Position
The Head of Sales is one of the most exciting positions available within the Brewlander family for the right strategic sales person. You will be a part of the core leadership team working alongside the CEO and be jointly accountable in the growth of the business. You will be fully responsible for the shape and direction of the channel growth, the brand positioning, consumer insights. For this opportunity, we are looking for an exceptional expert ready to flex their entrepreneurial muscles and translate consumer insights into creative strategies that lead into commercial success. You are commercially ambitious, a go-getter, passionately curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves to embark on a great learning adventure on what it takes to lead a team to build and scale our business.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a strategy of growing distribution, volume, profit, and brand experience within a range of channels.
· Develop mutually beneficial joint business plans with our customers in line with key company objectives.
· Build account base by targeting new or non-buying accounts
· Foster growth of accounts to increase monthly sales through various channels
· Grow the Monthly Recurring Revenue
· Increase visible permanent tap space
· Work with our wholesale partners and other key external stakeholders to drive our brands and win new business.
· Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments such as brewing team and marketing.
· Develop and execute a specific strategy for commercial team to win new business
· Managing your customers forecasts, orders & pre-orders, ensuring they get notice of the latest releases.
· Plan and execute on-premise events with focus on fostering supportive relationships with accounts
· Host staff training, beer events and be a brand ambassador for Brewlander.
· Clear and timely reporting to CEO and accurate data input into relevant systems.
· Ownership of team sales targets and personal development plan.
