As a Social Media Manager with The Purest Group, you will work closely with our Content Strategists to execute creative ideas aligned with the brand guidelines and standards, engaging the user while staying true to the brand vision.

You should be familiar with the basic principles of various social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.), have a good eye for design, be capable of working under pressure, and have strong attention to detail. You should also be confident in making creative decisions independently on the projects and accounts under your charge.

Main Job Requirements:

• Content Ideation: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media innovations to develop fresh ideas and keep our our content engaging and relevant.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality content (including images, videos, Reels, and Stories) that showcases our products, lifestyle, and values.
• Community Management: Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner. Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our reach and credibility.
• Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure that all social media content maintains brand consistency in terms of tone, style, and messaging. Uphold the brand’s values and personality across all social platforms.
• Paid Social Media Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with organic content. Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Use data to optimize content strategies, improve engagement rates, and drive conversions and brand loyalty across platforms.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage daily operations, monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence, and ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, maintaining accurate inventory management and optimizing space utilization.

• Drive enhancements in packing operations and order fulfilment to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Procurement:

• Manage sourcing and procurement of materials to ensure timely, cost-effective supply and meet inventory requirements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop the operations team to foster high morale, performance, and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and refine business processes.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing operational issues promptly and incorporating feedback into improvements.

Job Overview:

The Design Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand’s visual strategy. This individual will lead creative projects from concept to delivery, mentor junior designers, and ensure a cohesive look and feel across all digital, social, and physical brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Strategy and Execution

• Develop and execute a consistent brand visual strategy across digital channels, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and our e-commerce platforms.

• Translate marketing objectives into clear and effective designs, balancing aesthetics and functionality.

• Partner with the Head of Creative & Marketing and team to create compelling assets for product launches, campaigns, and digital advertisements.

2. Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a small design team, providing direction, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with copywriters, social media managers, and external agencies to produce high-quality creative work.

• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging experimentation and innovative design solutions.

3. Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within brand guidelines.

• Review and prioritize project timelines, maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables.

4. Design System Development

• Establish and maintain a design system that supports consistency across all brand materials.

• Stay updated on design and industry trends, ensuring our brand stays innovative and engaging.

5. User-Centric Approach

• Champion a user-first perspective, leveraging customer insights to refine and adapt design strategies.

• Conduct design reviews and use feedback loops to ensure optimal user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and e-commerce designs.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and design tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Experience in managing and mentoring design teams is a plus.

• Strong understanding of brand development, user experience, and design principles.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the direct investing process and would work closely with both junior and senior investment professionals.
• Develop sector business plan and investment thesis.
• Perform initial review of investment opportunities and present to partners.
• Supervise junior investment professionals and directly participate in and lead due diligence analyses.
• Lead or support due diligence efforts on investments – accounting, finance, legal and business.
• Actively work with the portfolio companies on building long-term value – e.g., developing and maintaining strategic objectives, financial performance, and integration planning.
• Serve on portfolio company boards of directors.
• Structure, negotiate, finance, and execute platform investments, refinancings follow-on acquisitions, and similar transactions.
• Drive value creation and realized returns for existing investments through sales, mergers, IPOs, and other avenues.
