We are looking for mature mid-career individuals (aged 40 and above) exploring mid-career skills conversion and switching to new jobs to gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience.

You will be responsible for:

1. Following up with our existing customers on their training needs and sending brochures and proposals for them to review for their training plan
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' and prospects' inquiries and feedback and submitting proposals
3. Designing EDM for each workshop to send information to clients in the region
4. Maintain up-to-date files and records of clients' contact details
5. Handle daily general administration tasks and coordinate hotel and flight for the workshops in the region.

Qualification & Requirement

- mature mid-career individuals (aged 40 and above) Singaporean and PR

- minimum Secondary 2 qualification

- Familiar with Microsoft Office

- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
