Job Description

1. Prepare the billing to custormers in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
3. Digital filling of working photographs for the projects.
4. Update and monitor the progress of the projects.
5. Ensure the correctness of invoices received for paving sub-contractors and road markings and sample testing.
6. Update and monitor on the status of pending/unpaid claims to customers.
7. Monitor and coordinate between sales and operations teams in case of variations.
8. Prepare the data for monthly presentation to management for the projects.

Requirement

1. Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel.
