**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategic Planning & Execution:**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities within the education sector.
- Create and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
2. **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and tailor approaches to their needs.
- Present our consultancy services effectively to prospective clients and partners.
3. **Partnership Development:**
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the education sector.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to create mutually beneficial programs and initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements to secure new business.
4. **Sales & Marketing:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
5. **Performance Tracking & Reporting:**
- Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
**Qualifications:**
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the education market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
