Core responsibilities

Finance/Accounting/HR

• Assist the Snr Executive – Finance/Accounting in G/L posting, customer billing and payment processing.
• Support the HR Executive in HR administration matters, as assigned.

Business Support

• Support Business Team in preparation of Request-for-Quote (RFQ) from customers.
• Prepare Sales Quotations for customers.
• Prepare Shipping documentation for customer order fulfillment, coordinate shipping logistics.
• Prepare Job Launches in ERP system upon customer confirmation of orders.

Supply Chain/Procurement

• Support Supply Chain team to source for quotes from suitable suppliers.
• Assist in preparation of Purchase Orders in ERP system.
• Help liaise with suppliers on on-time delivery.
• Arrange freight/import for incoming cargo.
• Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of work experience, preferably in engineering / manufacturing environment
• Mature, organized, meticulous, task-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently.
• Must be a team player.
• Good communications skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from Mandarin speaking countries.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.

Core responsibilities

• Perform in-process, incoming and final inspection (visual and dimensional)
• Perform final verification check of completed jobs (inclusive of documentation)
• Maintenance of CMM and Inspection Room
• Maintenance of measuring instrument (inclusive of monitoring of signing out/signing in)
• Monitoring of calibration schedule of measuring instruments
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical or Precision Engineering
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quality function in a manufacturing environment
• Use of CMM and other measuring instruments
• Essential to have dimensional inspection and use of CMM experience
• Interpretation of mechanical/technical drawings
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD & T)
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Proactive and independent with positive attitude

Core Responsibilities:

1. To support and coordinate design and manufacture projects.

2. To prepare production drawings by drafting or 3D modelling using CAD software.

3. To carry out process planning using ERP.

4. To liaise with the Engineering team on the preparation of BOM list.

6. To use engineering tools to test and implement efficiencies in quality, manufacturing, assembly and testing.

7. To provide engineered technical solutions to achieve improvement objectives.

8. To provide customer support/liaise/coordinate/follow-up with external customers on assigned projects.

9. Support in-house improvement projects given by the Operations Department and Management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline. Both diploma and ITE holders with relevant working experience may also apply.

2. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and carry out drafting or 3D modelling work.

3. Possesses good knowledge of machining processes and technologies.

4. Possesses good project management and coordination skills.

5. Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, NX and GD&T.

6. Mature, organized, meticulous, task-oriented and able to handle tasks independently. Must be a team player.

7. Good communications skills.

8. Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.

9. Experience with CNC machining and machine measurement will be advantageous.
