1. Customer Service Management

• Greet clients, manage appointments, and address client inquiries or complaints.

2. Team Supervision and Training

• Supervise salon staff, including stylists, assistants, and receptionists.
• Conduct regular training to keep staff updated on new techniques, products, and services.
• Mentor and motivate the team to meet performance goals and maintain high morale.

3. Sales and Inventory Management

• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products to maximize revenue.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and track product usage to avoid shortages or excesses.
• Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to boost sales.

4. Operations and Administration

• Oversee salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Manage schedules to ensure adequate staff coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
