• Position Title: Purchasing Executive (Recycled IT Assets/E-waste components)
• Working Location: West- Boon Lay (Company Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 5000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Seek out sales prospects and increase market visibility within the area.
• Skillfully negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Investigate the primary product offerings of suppliers and evaluate their reliability.
• Work in close coordination with the sales, logistics, and testing departments to facilitate seamless operations.

• Min. Diploma
• Min. 1 year of Global Sales & Purchasing experience, preferably have prior experience liaising with system integrators, hardware manufacturers, or maintenance service providers (IT hardware trading, IT asset recycling, and IT maintenance services) to penetrate Used IT equipment and electronic waste market
• Candidates with experience in recycling companies will be given priority
• Proficiency in creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations
• Possession of a driver's license is preferred but not mandatory
• Able to travel when required

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Analyse workforce trends and develop plans to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Lead and participate in various HR projects aimed at improving organisational effectiveness
• Oversee C&B programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards

What we're looking for

• Degree holder and above from a recognised institution in Human Resource/ Business or related fields
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in a generalist role will be advantageous
• A good level of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and/ or other relevant HR systems
• Excellent communication skills to deal with people at all levels

Streamline and execute administrative workflows for the medical staff section, ensuring efficient operations and seamless clinical care across diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic radiology services while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and track invoices and payments
• Preparing bank statement reconciliations
