• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing strategic relationship with customer and supporting in customer's day-to-day operation and shipments
• Responsible in collaborating and coordinating with cross functional teams to achieve delivery commitment and meet customer's
• Responsible for managing backlog, prioritize customer's needs, provide alternate and garner resources to ensure seamless operation and program execution
• Responsible for reviewing customer demand forecast and resolve material supply constraints to support customers' delivery request dates

Requirements

• Min Degree in Engineering or relevant
• Min 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry in program management and planning
