Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of successful SAS or Consultancy sales experience and background in process consulting or enterprise software sales.
• A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
• Experience in a “New Business Hunter” role in a related field or industry.
• You should possess a specialized understanding of the different lines of business within the banking, public sector, or oil and gas verticals.
• Ability to speak and write fluent English.

Reservation Duties: (70%) WFH

• Respond to and manage emails, live chats, and phone calls regarding accommodation inquiries.
• Enter new reservations, changes, and cancellations into various software systems.
• File guest correspondence and reservation documents.
• Stay updated on room rates, special offers, and promotions.
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of reservations.
• Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
• Address booking issues and resolve concerns.
• Follow up with guests for additional information (e.g., visa requirements, updated passports).
• Act as a liaison between the company and guests for customer satisfaction.

Travel Host Duties: (30%) On SIte

• Meet and greet guests at the ferry terminal upon arrival.

• Engage with guests, answer questions, and explain the next steps of their journey.
