Incident Management:

• Quickly drive incidents to resolution.
• Coordinate efforts across L2 and L3 support teams for timely incident resolution.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as Territory Manager will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• You will manage the selling of Finastra solutions & platforms – work and close opportunities with appropriate authorization to achieve or exceed financial targets.
• You will provide forecasting in terms of timely and accurate forecasts in Finastra format that enable short-term (sales), medium-term (revenue), and long-term.
