Position Overview:

We are looking for a Analyst to join our Client Service Group (CSG) team. This role involves providing daily customer support for a wide range of transaction banking products and overseeing the end-to-end SMAR&TS onboarding process. You will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to our Japanese corporate clients and helping expand their usage of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily client service support for transaction banking products.
• Investigate and resolve client issues, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for SMAR&TS customers, from platform explanation to user training.
• Promote and cross-sell additional transaction banking products to expand client usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop a basic understanding of Credit Card and Card Rewards processing to support campaign-related activities.
• Support user requests and testing with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate live verification activities with business teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
• Team oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent execution skills in a multi-tasking mode and follow-up effectively.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
• Knowledge of JIRA and SQL would be good to have

• Proven expertise in handling payment platforms like RTGS, NEFT, GIRO, and IMPS.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of payment protocols and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in working with SQL for data analysis is a plus.
