· Participate in audit preparations by coordinating with auditors for financial statements and other finance-related documents in order to comply with accounting and tax legal requirements.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and corporate financial policies and good corporate governance

· To review, develop and implement proper guidelines, policies and procedures

· Handle Salary payment & Staff's Leaves

· and all other Adhoc duties as and when assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields

· At least 1 years of related experience

· Excellent analytical skills

· Solid understanding of accounting and financial procedures and regulations

· Strong work ethics with the ability to manage confidential data
