Job Description

Job functions for this Accounting Senior Executive role:

1. Manage the day-to-day Accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Revenue Recognition for specific products.
2. Assist to ensure closing of books within the timeline and review of any manual entry for adjustments.
3. Approval of workflows for payments after preparing disbursement slips in system.
4. Preparation of the internal monthly analysis report for the assigned sections/products.
5. Prepare Consolidation package with workings (quarterly).
6. Assist in Audit (Internal and External), prepare FS notes workings.
7. Prepare Corporation Tax workings and assist in tax query.
8. Involve in other tax matters like Transfer Pricing documentation and Global Trader Programme as well as withholding tax.
9. Support as a team member, for cover of duty and any miscellaneous projects and tasks.
10. Requirements
    • Degree in Accounting or Finance is required., Chartered Accountant (SG) preferred.
    • Degree holder with minimal working experience in Accounting, Tax and Audit. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
    • Good understanding in SB-FRS and Corporate Tax will have advantageous.
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
    • Meticulous to ensure accuracy of reports and good communication skills both written & verbal.
    • Ability to multi-task and able to work well as a team member, willing to share
