Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage service point operations assigned
• Responsible for daily operations of these service points, including front counter services, administrative / operational matters and partnering Nurse Manager and other stakeholders to solve system and process problems

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Healthcare industry
• Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous although not necessary
• At least 2 years of experience in managing frontline staff
• Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint

The Snr Executive / Asst Manager will support the Vice President (Systems and Quality Assurance) in implementing and managing the SingEdExcel QA framework, School Management Model (SMM) Knowledge Repository, EduTrust compliance and data protection across the organisation.

1. Assist in the development, management, and implementation of the SingEdExcel framework across schools.

2. Support the Vice President in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the framework and the knowledge repository.

Job Specification

• Recognised bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
