Job Description

• Manage and maintain financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, trend analyses, and forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including timely payments and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with joint ventures on reports, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
• Work with budgets, ensuring compliance and accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
• Assist with internal audits by providing timely information and resolving queries.
• Generate various reports for management review.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting with 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

• Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the Commercial, HR and Legal teams, including handling expense claims.
• Manage calendar and agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
• Organize meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders and prepare and drive the entire meeting and logistical setup.
• Make travel arrangements for the function heads, including flight & hotel booking, visa, other required documents.
• Create and manage purchase orders for all executive related purchases
• Liaise with government agencies for statutory fillings
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks if required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course.
• Computer literate.
• Skillful in English speaking and writing in English.
• Strong prioritisation skills.
• Result-oriented, high degree of responsibility, able to work independent.
• Excellent interpersonal skill.
• Mature and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• To work within the team and with other departments.
• Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a busy environment.
