· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.

· Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

· Document filing

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job requirement:

· Degree in Accounting, ACCA Level 3 or Diploma with strong relevant experience.

· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.

· Experience with Xero accounting & Info Tech software will be a plus.

· Prior experience in overseeing Human Resource functions will be an added advantage.

· Good knowledge of accounting regulatory compliance.

· Preferably with strong advanced Microsoft Excel, analytical and meticulous with an eye for details.

· Performance-oriented, self-motivated personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Handle the accounts receivables collection
• Assist insending of invoices and sending statement of accounts etc
• Assist on the uploading of sales data to the system
• Issuance of Credit and Debit note.
• Prepare consolidation and submission of weekly cash report and month end report
• Perform capitalization of Fixed Assets (FA),monthly depreciation run and FA schedule
• Support on the year end audit and projects

Requirements :

• Min a Diploma in Accounting / Finance
• No experience required (Training will be provided)
• Good working attitude and meticulous
