Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable/Payable function in accordance with the organization's accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Perform bank reconciliations, receipting of incoming funds, handling of refunds to customers as well as prepare schedules for month-end and year end closing and provide financial data for management reporting.
- Answering queries and addressing issues on invoice processing and payment, checking of invoices, creating manual supplier invoices, preparing accounts schedules.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Business/ Finance
- Proficient in MS Office and Workday.
- Meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills
