• Position Title: Accounts Executive/ Finance Executive
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5.45 PM
• Salary Package: Up to $3,200 + Allowances + OT + Incentive + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities

• To assist the Finance Manager in handling, mainly, the Accounts Receivable / Invoicing function.
• Liaison and coordination with Operations.
• Data needs to be analysed for accuracy before closing.
• Other admin duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirement

Education Level: Degree in Accountancy

Skills/ certifications: MS Word, powerpoint, Canvas, Outlook and Excel, MYOB or Xero

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.

Analytical mind and a passion for numbers

Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge.

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

The Candidate works effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress with a proactive and result-oriented approach. The work exposure includes delivering high quality financial accounts for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries. The Candidate will also have the opportunity to be exposed to the company's specialised fields of advisory services:

Business Digitalisation Advisory;

Business Performance Review and Analysis;

Business Strategic Consultancy and Advisory;

Venture Capital Fund Advisory and Fund Administration; and

CFO services for Startups and Scaleups.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationship.

· Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.

· Handle full set of accounts including reconciliation, receivables, payables, and month/year-end closing

· Preparation of financial reports and analysis

· Preparation of yearly financial statements

· Prepare audit schedules and liaise with our clients’ auditors in order to facilitate the audit process

· Handle GST reporting

· Preparation of tax computations and filing of Tax returns

· Able to communicate effectively with team members and clients

· Other accounting duties and ad-hoc assignments

Accounts/ Admin Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

• Procurement process, raising purchase requisition/purchase order including coordination
• Supplier invoices verification, matching to PR/ PO/ agreement/ billing advice report
• Assist in generating sales invoice including SOA
• Assist with BS Schedule preparation, such as Accruals/ Prepayment
• Support ad-hoc finance admin functions such as supplier’s portal registration, logistic handling
• Participate in other ad-hoc finance functions/projects as assigned

Requirements

• Polytechnic, LCCI beginner or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in account executive/ support functions
• Well versed in Excel, Microsoft office. With SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Meticulous, with great attention to details
• Good team player who possesses good inter-personal and written/spoken communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise, in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
• Highly motivated and willing to accept changes & challenges
