• Undertake day to day and month-end accounting and reporting functions
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation , Quarterly GST reporting , Monthly cashflow forecast, etc
• Provide assistance in year end audits
• Handling of overseas related companies accounts
• Checking of claims and payments made by overseas related companies
• Ensuring the accuracy of month-end reports submitted by overseas related companies
• Provide assistance in checking year-end reports submitted by overseas related companies
• Assists in ad-hoc administrative duties
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• Has 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics NAV system preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set accounting processes and tasks

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately with timeline
