The role will see you warmly welcome and register guests, provide attentive service, handle check-ins and check-outs, and address any challenges guests may experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Completing the guest registration process by accurately inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details, and room rates.
• Working closely with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Introducing loyalty programs to new guests and ensuring benefits for current members are applied.
• Guiding guests to their rooms, delivering room keys, and offering tokens of appreciation.
• Accurately managing guest accounts, including room and service charges.
• Assisting with various payment types, including vouchers and traveler’s checks.
• Greeting guests with warmth, responding to inquiries about hotel amenities and events.
• Addressing special guest requests or forwarding them to appropriate team members.
• Handling phone and email inquiries, noting special requirements and communicating them with the team.
• Retrieving and delivering guest messages, mail, and other items as needed.
• Recording and resolving guest complaints promptly and diplomatically.
• Staying composed during high-activity periods and emergencies, applying sound judgment.

• Following hotel pricing strategies, offering value-based rates, and maintaining rate integrity.
• Promoting room upgrades to drive revenue while providing value for guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in utilising Hotel Front Office Software such as Opera
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal and external guest interactions with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during high-activity periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for customers, including attaching before and after photos, and follow up on confirmed quotes/POs. Merge with DO for billing.
• Send details to customers to request POs for rental or repairs before billing (e.g., pec, Sankyu, Vac-Tech, Keppel, etc.).
• Prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for export trailers.
• Prepare monthly trailer reports for accounting purposes.
• Manage collections, including sending SOAs, follow-ups, reminder letters, and phone calls.
• Ensure cash term sales/invoices are paid on time.
• Manage cheque deposits.
• Check rental invoices upon issuance and monitor that all customers are billed correctly, including checking in/out of trailers/PM.
• Ensure RO1 form files and new trailer DO files are complete.
• Re-check export trailer invoices for de-registration before filing.
• Manage signed quotes from customers for billing and audit purposes for rental agreements.
• Prepare monthly repair summaries.
• Arrange container bookings through CMS.
• Handle any other ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Assistant cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensure products are displayed attractively, and manage transactions efficiently. Additionally, you'll assist the salesperson with basic video marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Maintenance:

• Sweep floors regularly to ensure cleanliness.

• Clean and sanitize the store's restroom.

• Wipe down and clean products on shelves to remove dust.

• Ensure products are neatly arranged and presented for sale.

2. Cashier Duties:

• Handle customer transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) machine.

• Ensure accurate collection of payments (cash, card, etc.).

• Provide excellent customer service during checkout.

3. Merchandise Organization:

• Regularly check shelves to ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.

4. Stock Management:

• Receive goods into the POS system when new stock arrives.

• Assist with counting and verifying the stock when delivered.

• Help in periodic stock counts and inventory management.

5. Video Marketing Assistance:

• Assist the salesperson in creating basic marketing videos for promotions and advertisements.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of POS systems.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.

• Comfortable using smartphones for video content creation.
