Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experienced in Interior Fit-Out / A&A works.
• Responsible for the overall project management, planning, design and execution.
• Administer all site works, including costing, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
• Coordinate with contractors and other trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical and safety aspect are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements.
• Preparation of tender/quotation/drawings document.

• Assist on admission/application matters for graduate research/coursework programmes
• Check and verify documents for students admitting in AY2024/5
• Checking of applications and verifying details are correctly recorded
• Follow up on outstanding documents via email
• Data entry of student’s record

Job Requirements:

• A level/Polytechnic Diploma in any disciplines with/without relevant admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Address inquiries for key accounts from diverse industries background.
• Respond to international requests and provide quotations as needed.
