• Conduct on-boarding and new hire orientation on HR Policies, internal procedures and regulations
• Managing the training materials for onboarding associates’ product training
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
• Generating official internal documents such as Employment Contract, Appointment letters, Warning letters
• Handles operational-related inquiries, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

Duties

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts
• Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system
