• Process payments for staff claims and record them in the accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly reporting.
• Assist in preparing reports and audit schedules.
• Check and post sales invoices.
• Assist with month-end account closing and data uploads to the system.
• Support team in administrative duties.
• The Employee may be assigned other duties which are deemed necessary by Management from time to time.
• Handle other ad-hoc accounting projects or duties as assigned.

Job scope:

• Ensure timely, accurate quarterly and yearly reporting.
• Responsible for all the accounting entries affecting the reporting.
• Prepare timely, accurate quarterly grant claims.
• Reconcile and check that grant received are correct.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors and funding agencies where required.
• Support and ensure compliance with funding guidelines, procedures, government instruction manual.
• Other Ad Hoc duties.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Accountancy
• Minimum to have 3 to 5 years of experience
• To understand accounting knowledge and Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards (SB-FRS)
• Microsoft Office Knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle financial management, financial reporting and financial closing and stakeholder engagement
