Key Responsibilities

• Execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including content marketing.
• Assist in the conceptualisation and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure brand’s overall objectives are achieved.
• Assist in implementation of marketing plans including brand positioning, market intelligence, advertising, promotions, and content creation.
• Work with advertising, media, digital and public relations agencies, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables.
• Track, measure, and report on effectiveness of online and offline marketing efforts.
• Lead the content strategy for social media and conduct monthly social media audit.
• Set KPIs for social media pages to meet business objectives.
• Monitor marketing budget, monthly reporting of marketing effectiveness and weekly project status reporting.
• Support marketing presentations and reports, consumer analysis and monitoring of new product brand’s performance vs target/ forecast.

• Assist in the planning and executing of 360 marketing campaigns: both online and offline.

Responsibility

• Provide financial and administrative services, inluding full accounts payable function, intercompany reconciliation, journal entries to support the Finance & Accounting Team in AP and other reporting
• Provide efficient, timely and accurate payment to suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet, P&L schedules and bank reconciliations
• Prepare GST, import duty, withholding tax and corporate income tax return
• Responsible and maintain fixed asset and inventory register
• Liaise with external parties, e.g. auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities when required
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance with local statutory requirements / accounting standards
• Participate in the annual fixed assets verification exercise and year-end stocktake exercise
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting and Finance
• 3 years of financial accounting, preferably in accounts payable or full sets of accounts
• Familiar with Navision would be advantage
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Adaptable, meticulous, responsible

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and plan customer pipelines with sales manager and execute sales contact consistently
• Cold-calling and direct visiting and selling of products and services in the below mentioned areas and pipelines
• Execute sales strategies and sales technique stipulated by Sales Manager.
• Involved in executing marketing activities to develop product lines and generate new customer accounts.
• Conduct sales presentations and prepare sales weekly & monthly reports.
• Work closely with sales manager to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with customers

Requirements:

• Must have Sales Experience in 3 of the following field
• Preschool / Childcare Centre (Priority)
• Enrichment Centres
• Children Gyms and Exercise Centres
• Clinics (GPs, Specialist, Paediatricians)
• Gym and Fitness Clubs (Small and Big Gyms)
• Assisted Care Facilities (Old Folk Homes)
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Individuals who are self-driven, goal-oriented, meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are not required to own a car.
• Required skill(s): presentations and demonstrations, Event Management, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
• Positive "can do" attitude, "street smart"
• Willing to work on weekends during promotion period
• Able to manage road show events with minimal supervision
• Able to think out of the box
