Job Description

⭐Maintaining content on corporate website and digital channels to support the overall marketing and communications efforts of Gardens by the Bay;

⭐Facilitating the effective and appropriate use of digital media to reach and serve a broad spectrum of external and internal audiences;

⭐Assisting in copywriting, artwork and content development;

⭐Coordinating filming requests;

⭐Monitoring feedback in social media channels;

⭐Coordinating with departments on the dissemination of event photos;

⭐Any other duties relating to marketing communications.

Requirements:

✅Min Diploma in related field

✅Background in Digital Communications and Integrated Media

✅Familiar with digital media and communications, including the use of design software and technologies

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team in our Singapore office.

Job Description:

1.⁠ ⁠Accounts Receivables

• Oversee and manage the accounts receivables process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoice
• Downloading of sales transactions from various online sales platforms and allocating revenue based on product.
• Maintain thorough records of transactions to support accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

2. Accounts Payables

• Perform invoice verification with internal stakeholders to verify accuracy of invoice
• Processing the AP invoice in accounting software
• Generate weekly payment list for payment processing

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Weekly Sales Report / Monthly Sales Report

• Compile and analyze sales data on a weekly and monthly basis to generate detailed sales reports.
• Updating of sales figures in accordance to sale channels and products
• Ensure timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders.

4.⁠ Inventory Management Support:

• Assist in conducting comprehensive stock takes at various retail locations and warehouses
• Ensure accurate inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and provide detailed reports on stock levels.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Minimum 1 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• able to speak mandarin is an added advantage

Responsibilities

· Report and assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations.

· Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage.

· Conduct briefing with kitchen staff on next day special orders/ requests.

· Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.

Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules.

Requirements

· GCE ‘O’ Level.

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

· Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
