• Explore, recommend and assess alternate sources, to provide new supply opportunities.
• Collection of information about problems, delays, emergencies on supplies, hence contributing to the definition of effective solutions as well as evaluating supplier’s risk assessment.

Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

• Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone as well as the look and feel of all communication.
• Create artworks for our exciting hotels and food and beverage outlets, capturing the essence of each concept and enticing guests with visually stunning designs.
• Maintain collateral for our regular happenings and events, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across print and digital materials.
• Design social-first content to support the commercial performance of the hotels and food and beverage outlets, including promotional campaigns, special offers, and events.
• Develop social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand presence and participation.
• Create and organise photography, videography and associated editing for all marketing needs.
• Create and execute social media calendar for daily content on social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and loyalty through relevant and engaging content that is brand compliant.

• Drive traffic and conversion for the F&B dining venues website, ensuring offers are relevant to the market and produce results.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met.
• Create awareness and visibility of F&B website through Search Engine Optimization and Display Media.
• Ensure optimal utilization of Marriott digital tools and channels to maximize marketing coverage.
• Ensure hotel meets Marriott’s social media measurement goals.

Education and experience

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various media and social media.
• Expertise in social media content design, with a keen eye for trends and an understanding of what resonates with target audiences.
• Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics, with the ability to create dynamic visual content for social media and digital platforms.

What You’ll do

People Operations

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure day one is perfect. This will include working with the Tech team to set up various SaaS accesses, facilitate Work Pass applications, set up a digital P-file, receive new hires on their first day, and conduct orientation.
• Administrative support for People operation functions such as maintenance & updating of accurate records on HRMS (Payboy)
• Handle queries from both staff and managers about People policies, benefits and processes.
• Facilitate the review and development of existing policies and procedures to reflect the needs of a growing and dynamic organization.
• Ensure compliance and consistent HR policies and practices aligned with business needs and legislative labour requirements.
• Spearhead creative staff engagement initiatives to cater to on-site and remote staff, including company dinners, off-site/virtual team bonding, town halls, and celebratory events.
• Support annual exercises such as employee climate surveys, staff planning/cost budget, OKR planning and performance management exercises.

How You’ll Succeed

What You Bring

• 2 to 3 years experience in People Operations and Workplace Management or similar in a fast-paced environment. Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or HR Management will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise effectively and streamline processes. Strong knowledge of time management principles (Gantt Charts) & SaaS highly preferred (Asana, Monday, etc…)
• Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g. Management, onsite and remote staff) and external stakeholders (e.g. clients and vendors)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and other office management tools such as Notion and Slack, enabling you to work seamlessly with digital records, databases, and communication critical to workplace operations.
• Proven ability to support remote employees across multiple continents & various timezones, to ensure they can experience a consistent company culture.
• Familiarity with basic HR processes (e.g. staff record management, leave and appraisal process management), HR software and compliance to support operations

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an innovative R&D healthcare manufacturing company, seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Procurement Executive! Reporting directly to the Senior Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities and support Source-to-Pay workflows, ensuring alignment with sourcing strategies and overseeing supplier tendering, contract negotiation, ordering, delivery, and payments.

The Job:

• Handle the entire procurement processes and support Source-to-Pay workflows, according to the sourcing strategies set.
• Manage the full procurement process, including supplier tendering, selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and payment to meet operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.

The Talent:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in the procurement function, prior experience in the construction industry is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in Chinese to effectively communicate with native Chinese-speaking stakeholders based in China.
• Must be comfortable working in a start-up environment, as the business is in its initial setup phase, and able to function independently with minimal supervision.
