Job Description:

• Conduct due diligence on new and existing accounts, and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Analyze and verify client information, documentation and financial transactions
• Identify and highlight any potential fraudulent transactions and inconsistencies
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of all client/advisor tasks, not limited to onboarding, maintenance, transfers and trade submissions.
• Handle questions and provide support to internal and external stakeholders
• Archive client documentation and trade records systematically and securely
• Prepare and submit various administrative documents as required
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Description

• To coordinate various administrative, facility matters

• To communicate and update various departments on facility matters, related to on-site facilities management.

• To work closely with in-house Integrated Facilities Management

• To manage maintenance issues and conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards are being maintained.

• To assist in facility projects with minor Additional and Alteration works and office renovation as assigned by reporting supervisor.

• To source for appropriate vendors, handles procurement request orders

• Assist in Admin related work as assigned.

• To undertake ad-hoc/cross functional projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in similar Office, Admin, Facilities Settings

Full AP (Accounts Payable)

* Knowledge of ACCPAC software ( preferred)

Singapore Based (Project Office nearby Lavender MRT, site at Changi)

Project contract based (estimated 27 months until project completion)

5.5 days, Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm + alternate Saturday 8am to 12pm

Salary: $3000 - $4000 depends on experience

Requirements

• Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration
• At least 4 years of related HR & Admin
• Knowledge of Sage Payroll System is a plus.
• Experience in whyze HR is a plus

Job scope

• Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheques, filing, controlling and maintaining of documents, mailing of documents
• Perform IR21, IR8A for workers
• Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion
• Office admin support and general administration such as air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement
• Performance Appraisal and implement company handbook
• Organize company events/team bonding activities
• Handle Petty cash claims
• Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.
• Renew company licenses
• Application/Renewal of Permit and Passes for workers and office staff.
• Handle Payroll & Leave Application Matters (Calculating attendance/timecard of workers and key in system)
• Prepare warning letters for workers/office staffs etc.
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties.
