Duties and Responsibilities

Billing - Airlines Catering Services

· Maintain and update pricing in master menu as per contract and quotation in CT SAP system.

· Daily check and close flight information

· Weekly process of the draft invoice and payment letter for Air Vision airlines.

· Monthly process of invoices to airlines.

· Prepare and distribute Airline Reports to respective airlines.

Billing - NUH Catering Services

· Liaison with dnata-NUH team on the monthly billing data.

· Prepare invoices and distribute to dnata-NUH team.

· Upload the approved invoices to NUH portal.

· Monitor the payment from NUH.

· Monthly reconciliation of NUH outstanding invoices

Billing - Other

· Lounge Catering

· Ad hoc Charters

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years relevant accounting experience

· Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage

· Proactive, able to work independently and in a team

· Meticulous and able to meet tight timelines

· Competent in Microsoft Office Excel
