Salary : $3,200 - $4,000 (depends)

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.:Form IR8A)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Note: Senior Executive role includes coaching, guiding and review Executive & Assistant’s work

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.

This position reports to the Manager, Accounts Payable (AP) and works with offshore AP team, users/teams across Singtel & NCS and vendors. The incumbent will be exposed to various AP functions and be responsible for day-to-day activities in the areas of invoice/ payment processing, journal entries posting and reconciliation.

Make an Impact by:

• To maintain the Power Automate flow/ GIRO list.
• Review Giro request - ensure that cost approver is the cost centre manager/ Project Director.
• Ensure that limit request in reasonable.
• Ensure that supporting documents are provided.
• Approve/ Reject the request accordingly - communicate to user the reason of rejection.
• To download bank statement and identify GIRO items (SG entities only)
  Prepare weekly file and send to payment team for them to perform clearing.
• Follow-up with user to submit invoices to AP for processing for items which are paid in bank account.
• To perform month end reclass entries.
• For giro deduction to request list of invoice paid for the deductions.
• To process new application/ termination of giro arrangements.
• To perform intercompany reconciliations between Singtel entities
• To review vendor reconciliation performed by offshore and pass GIT accruals.
• To perform Audit schedules for NCS CE and SCS
• To review balance sheet schedules performed by offshore team and save it in Stat Finance folder (NCS CE and SCS)
• To pass adjustments to ensure that GL ties back to report.
• Prepare interco payment file to payment team & check with treasury for items more than S$5m.
• To fill up paying party assistant portion and submit for approval.
