Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules
• Ensuring the implementation of timely corrective actions when near misses or non-conformities are detected

• Approve delivery schedules

• Authorize to shut down the plant without management approval in the event that the plant trouble or emergency could lead to catastrophic even (fire explosion)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, or Engineering
• 6-10 years of chemical plant experience and leadership experience of diverse teams
• Depth and breadth of know-how in petrochemical processes and polymer science, engineering practices, efficient manufacturing operations from raw materials purchasing to finished goods shipment, and quality improvement process
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, consulting, and analytical skills
