Our client is a leading player in an automotive industry. They are looking for a Accounts Receivable Assistant to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central.

Duties:

• Reconcile daily AR collections from bank statements and cash book.
• Generate monthly AR Aging Report and Customer Statements.
• Track customer activities using the Fleetnetic system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage overdue accounts.
• Verify and post invoices from Fleetnetic to Autoline.
• Prepare and track monthly bulk collections.
• Monitor AR balances in both Autoline and Fleetnetic systems.

Requirements:

• LCCI Accounting in Accountancy or its equivalent preferred
• Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
