Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers based on contractual agreements and sales orders.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to billing or payment issues.
• Collaborate with business units and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve payment issues.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Process customer payments, including checks, wire transfers, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and maintain aging reports and other financial reports related to accounts receivable.
• Work closely with credit and collections team to assess credit risk and establish credit limits for customers.
• Assist with moth-end closing activities, including revenue recognition and bad debt expenses analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency enhancements in the accounts receivable process.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit management, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in AR, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including revenue recognition and credit risk assessment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems(SAP), Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
• Good communication with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills/abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Job Scopes:
• Issue daily wholesales delivery orders.
• Calculate return for wholesales delivery order and issue wholesales invoices.
• Monitor bank receipts from bank statement.
• Follow-up with outstanding payment.
• Arrange cheque collection and bank deposit.
• Issue tax invoices for cake orders and vouchers.
• Assist in monthly inter-company billing.
• Ensure completeness of sales transactions recorded (receipt voucher and journal voucher).

• Verify and review invoices before payment processing.

• Ensure payments and reimbursement are processed timely.
• Perform payment reconciliation for all payment methods.
• Verify new suppliers’ bank details and circulate for Managements’ approval.
• Assist in preparing some petty cash payment.
• Monitor expiry date for lease agreement.
• Follow-up with relevant department for new lease agreement.
• Ensure new lease agreement are taken up and old lease agreement are written off.
• Calculate and prepare monthly lease asset depreciation and finance interest.
• Maintain bank reconciliation and account receivable schedule.
• Maintain schedule for lease assets, lease liabilities and accrued interest.
• Prepare schedule required by auditor and management.
• Perform month-end financial closing according to company’s reporting timeline.
• Assist annual finance audit.

Job Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification.
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of ACCPAC software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to details, accuracy in data entry.
• Able to work independently.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Role & Responsibilities:

· In charge of account receivable and payable schedule.

· Communicate with project team on accounting matters.

· Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing financial reporting for entities to the Management.

· Assist to prepare project accounting and related monthly reporting package.

· Assist to prepare a full-set of accounts.

· Assist to prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management and cash flow reports.

· Assist in the areas of statutory audits, internal audits, corporate tax and GST.

· Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required.

· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirement:

· Diploma / Degree in Accounting.

· Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting.

· Familiar with Xero is required.

· Able to work independently and good with time management.

· Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.

· Preferably Singaporean / PR

· Able to communicate with personnel from all levels, including Management.
