• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Perform monthly/quarterly business progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Identify and maintain customer reference ability within the assigned account list.
• Prepare reports on account status, including Accounts Receivable and Contract expiry dates.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Schedule one-on-one session with BRM staff per week to help/guide them in achieving their performance plan goals.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Management regarding Sales Revenue Performance, Contracts Renewals and A/R Aging.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 6 years of working experience in customer accounts servicing and at least 2 years experience in leading a team.
• Applicants without academic qualifications but with more years of experience are welcome to apply.

• Be responsible for managing the full spectrum of finance functions.
• Review annual audited financial statements prepared by external auditors.
• Perform their tasks at an optimal level.
• Liaise with external auditors for yearly audit and issuance of financial statements; bankers and corporate secretary when required.
• Review contractual documents and liaise with lawyers as and when required.
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs for time to time.
• Reporting to the Director.
• Oversee and manage the Finance Department.
• Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis.
• GST reporting and other statutory reporting
• Ensure month/year-end closing is done smoothly and in accordance with the statutory rules.
• Manage the yearly budget and forecasting exercise for all departments.
• Manage the Company’s cash flow and cash projection.
• Compilation and reporting of all entities’ Management Accounts

You will be responsible for -

• Making sure bookkeeping is in order and adhering to proper accounting standards which include managing all invoices, billing, and reconciliation-related matters.
• Establishing and enforcing proper internal control policies for finance and company assets
• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements which include submission of monthly reports for key financial metrics analysis, expense and revenue analysis, and P & L for every revenue channels
• Managing statutory reporting, annual audits (internal & external), internal controls, tax compliance, etc
• Analyzing expense trends and identifying savings opportunities
• Managing financial ROI and key metrics for different sales channels
• Managing short-term and long-term budget planning and forecasting for different departments such as manpower, operations, sales, and so on.
• Manage the tax planning for the company
• Providing insights on cost/revenue structure for competitive companies in the industry and informing business decisions on where to invest next for business success
• Supporting other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned

You MUST have -

• A Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any relevant professional qualifications (ACCA/CA)
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a management role in finance, both internally and externally
• Have a strong ownership mentality and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
