Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3,300 (subject to qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Set of Accounts:Responsible for managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and audit schedules.
  
• GST Preparation:Assist in the preparation of quarterly GST filings.
  
• Month-End Closing:Perform month-end closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
  
• Inventory Management:Oversee stock takes and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
  
• Document Management:Maintain and organize finance-related documents and records.
  
• ERP System Implementation:Assist in the implementation and integration of a new ERP system.
  
• Ad-hoc Responsibilities:Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
