• Perform vessel planning for ANL South-Bound Vessel

• Identify and challenge potential issue when forecast versus fresh bookings variance is more than 120% or whatever the percentage threshold is customized for the trade
• Cargo planning when ANL vessels approach transshipment hub or direct port calls

• Liaise with transshipment team to plan for final load list for approaching vessel

North-bound connection support (35%)

• Ensure to plan containers connectivity to final destination
• Based on first carrier arrival – identify feasible and earliest vessel connection to respective final destination
• Prioritize connection planning on in-house vessel. Otherwise – source for other alternative vessels from 3rd party if no vessel or space option from in house vessel
• Send instruction to transshipment team to nominate the containers on target vessel and to update journey leg (JL) accordingly
• Random check if containers are nominated in terminal and JL was properly updated
• Monitor vessels connectivity and make changes if any misconnection

Key Responsibilities:

1. Laboratory Cleaning and Maintenance:Sweep and mop laboratory and preparation room floors after use.
   Empty trash bins daily from sink areas and floors.
   Clean laboratory benches and sinks after practical lessons.
   Refill hand soap, disinfectants, and paper towels regularly.
   Empty broken glassware containers when full.
   
2. Cleaning of Laboratory Equipment:Clean and wash laboratory glassware (beakers, measuring cylinders, plastic bottles, vials) under the laboratory technician’s guidance.
   
3. Support in Laboratory Preparation:Assist the laboratory technician with the setup and replication of experimental setups.
   Weigh chemicals, prepare solutions, and arrange science-related equipment or materials.
   Replenish and distribute laboratory equipment and chemicals to students during practical lessons.
   

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of working experience supporting school operations, preferably in a science laboratory.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in cleaning and supporting science laboratory operations is highly desirable.
• Skills: Ability to follow instructions, work under supervision, and handle laboratory equipment safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain complete and accurate financial records for the Group Companies.
• Ensure the accounting system is up-to-date and accurate.
• Conduct long-term and short-term cash flow projections and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and process invoicing, debit and credit notes, payments, and issuance of cheques/TT, as well as perform e-filing duties, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.
• Work with tax agents on company taxation matters.
• Liaise with the company secretary, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties regarding finance and accounting issues.
• Prepare monthly investment reports and manage claims reimbursement.
• Maintain and organize office files, documents, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide general office support including filing, data entry, handling mail and deliveries, and preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Offer support to various departments as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proven expertise in managing full sets of accounts and financial records.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Experience in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and other financial stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
