Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and propose solutions to client’s request, bringing in subject matter experts from internal departments or external parties to assist where necessary
• Main point of contact for clients’ request and attend to clients' inquiries promptly
• Assist with account onboarding, maintenance and management of the client relationship, predominantly focusing on large insurance institutions
• Facilitate the implementation of new instruments and strategies requested by the client.
• Facilitate cash and securities transfers as well as other account management request from the client

Job Requirements:

• A relevant Degree, preferably in finance or accountancy

• Good industry knowledge relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities servicesKnowledge in investments, derivative instruments and deep understanding of operational activities of asset management is mandatory
