Job Duties:

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and panel members.
• Candidate Communication: Provide candidates with necessary details and logistics for their interviews.
• Shortlisting Candidates: Assist in the shortlisting process for MSF roles.
• Logistics Support: Handle administrative tasks related to interviews, including room bookings and updating interview calendars.
• Test Administration: Administer written tests and conduct reference checks.
• Database Management: Maintain databases, including internal job advertisements.
• Project Involvement: Participate in ongoing initiatives, projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders.

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Engineering Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers and Managers with assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Operators to support product design, testing, and process improvements.
• Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Manage inventory discrepancies and handle material orders.
• Ensure products and processes comply with quality assurance standards.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering related studies or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
