Job Scope

Assist parents in registration

Take charge of the daily operations of the tuition centre, including keeping the place clean and tidy.

Weekly meetings with tutors and management.

Printing of worksheets and settling attendance and assessment scores.

Communicate with parents on assessment scores.

Handle all communications with parents by taking over the centre’s and branch contact numbers.

Follow up closely with all parents in their enquiries.

Collect payment and issue receipts for tuition fees and trial classes.

Requirements

Cheerful, speedy, and some experience doing customer service

IT skills eg excel and Word

Communicate clearly and make swift responses

Job Responsibilities:
