We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing daily sales activities. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
- Lead and mentor the sales team in daily activities, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics, track performance, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage in client prospecting to expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Handle escalated client issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Assistant Manager or Team Lead.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant sales software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
