Working days : 6 days : Mon - Sat (9am - 6pm), Paid OT
Responsibities:
- Track project progress claim
- Check and update payment status
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Set up a neat and efficient filing system in cloud and on your computer.
- Manage sales enquiries and processing of orders inc. preparing quotations,
invoices and packing lists.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks which include handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
- Any other duties assigned by your superior
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English to converse with clients.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Possess at least 1-2 years of Admin/ HR experience
