What are the main responsibilities for this role?

• Supporting the development of Crimson’s Singapore Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion.
• Designing and creating cross-platform bilingual (English & Mandarin) print, digital and social media marketing collateral.
• Generating event marketing ideas and owning marketing initiatives and automation. Driving quality leads into consultations with the local sales team.
• Manage and execute webinars & in-person marketing events, seminars and public relations activities from inception to completion

What skills and experience are required?

1. Carry out the acceptance, accounting and distribution of materials and equipment in accordance with regulations, and ensure that the accounts are consistent.

For materials entering the warehouse, the purchaser needs to sign and confirm on the warehouse entry form when handing it over to the warehouse. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join our team to help continue our growth. Not for the faint hearted, this is a multi-faceted and evolving role, and you are expected to work in a high pace but fun, exciting and supportive environment and shall be constantly challenged to step out of your comfort zone, pioneer and try new ideas, acquire new skills and dabble in exciting assignments and projects of various natures.

You will work closely with our Managing Director to grow our business and social impact, both locally and internationally. In a way, you will have the privilege to be in the “front row seat”, observing and engaging key stakeholders, strategic partners, investors and prospects. The boundary to what can be learnt is only limited to the passion, skills and potential of the individual. Your duties shall include:

• Support corporate, business, and transformation strategies, including ventures into new frontiers and overseas markets.
• Involve in Pre-sales activities (demos, pitching, workshops)
• Draft business plans, MOUs, and proposals
• Support commercial and bidding activities (RFP, RFI, EOI, etc)
• Champion strategic projects (e.g. proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, pilots, etc.),
• Conduct market research and industry analysis
• Identify, initiate, and forge partnership with local and overseas partners, vendors and research institutions
• Drive strategic marketing and media/press events

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience (exceptions for exceptional candidates)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts and maintain ledgers for SP Group of companies, including data entry, reconciliations, and filing of supporting documents.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, schedules, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and record fixed asset activities, including generating fixed assets report, schedules maintenance and related financial activities.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and direct/indirect tax requirements, including the preparation and submission of reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements including financial and operational policies and procedures
• Actively participate and support in the year-end audits and prepare the financial statements and notes in accordance with accounting standards and Group accounting policies
• Actively participate and support in the smooth incorporation of new financial accounting process flows for changes such as new businesses, new departments etc.
• Actively participate and support in the create, test and review functional requirements and refine financial operating systems, where necessary
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and financial institutions to support SP Group's financial objectives.
• Actively participate and support in the Kaizen initiatives for General ledger team

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• To work with the Qualified Person (QP) to develop structural scheme for structures and buildings.
• To carry out engineering analysis to assess the stability and load to be sustained by the structures.
• To carry out engineering design in according with Eurocodes or relevant international design codes.
• To prepare submission to authorities for approval of design.
• Provide technical advice to team members/colleagues in supporting or leading role and embrace a culture that values teamwork
• To attend project meetings with Client, Project Manager and Consultants from other disciplines.
• To attend site progress meetings and reply to technical queries.
• To lead junior engineer in delivering design and seek clearance for all relevant parties and authorities
• To conduct supervision & contract administration when required

Key Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with design of multi-storey/high-rise building from a local engineering consulting environment will be an advantage.
• Those registered as Professional Engineer with PEB and/or have more relevant working experience will be considered for senior role.
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures.
• Competent user of relevant engineering software.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
• Able to interact and work with colleagues and member of other consultants at various levels.

Job Description – Regulatory Affairs Executive

· Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and standards for medical device.

· Assist in the drafting, compiling and maintaining of technical documents to ensure compliance to the applicable domestic and international regulations and standards.

· Prepare and submit regulatory technical documentations to regulatory authorities for new registrations, renewal and change notification.

· Work closely with internal team for documentation and information gathering.

· Liase with various regulatory authorities and authorised representatives on requirements needed to facilitate product approval and address any deficiencies and queries.

· Support in adverse event reporting, report adverse event regulatory authorities in relevant countries within the stipulated timeline, when required.

· Participate in internal / external audits as part of the audit team (including supplier audit)

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes

· Ensure post-market surveillance obligations are complied with regulations

· Any other ad-hoc assigned

Qualification Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in biological science, biological engineering, pharmacy or related field;
• Preferred 2 to 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within medical device , pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry;
• Familiar with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards eg ISO 13485;
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
