• 5.5 day work week
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Computer literacy and basic accounting knowledge (Accounting Software and Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• Maintain all documents (hard-copy, soft-copy, and online) related to Sales Operations and administration.
• Handle mail and phone calls.
• Manage office refreshments, stationery, pantry supplies, office items, etc.
• Any other ad hoc work duties.

• Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support
• Assist in inventory management, logistic support & co-ordination.
• To support sales representatives from main office
• To assist in accounting daily duties
• Ensure invoice amount tally after delivery
• Communicate with warehouse staff on stock availbility before generate invoices
• To key in transaction information into system (Invoices)
• Occasionally assist in some packing work.
