Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC, specialising in Business, Services and Hospitality.
  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in software or service industry will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive, check, and record incoming stock, ensuring that items are in good condition and match the order specifications.

* Load and unload stock, ensuring proper handling of IT products such as servers, printers, PCs, monitors, etc.

* Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch according to customer orders, including labeling and preparing for delivery.

* Work closely with the Sales Department to fulfill sales order requirements and ensure timely dispatch.

* Conduct periodic stock takes in an organized and efficient manner, ensuring inventory accuracy.

* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

* Maintain IT products and peripherals (e.g., servers, computers) in good working condition.

* Perform other ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements:

1. Ability to start work immediately will be highly advantageous.

2. Willingness to work in a warehouse setting, including manual handling of products.

3. Knowledge of IT products (e.g., servers, printers, computers) is a plus, though not mandatory.

4. Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (such as servers, printers, PCs, and monitors) and operate a pallet jack.

5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with occasional overtime based on workload.

6. Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail when managing stock and preparing orders.

7. Team-oriented individual with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Staff Welfare:

Annual Leave: 14 days of annual leave per year.

Overtime Compensation: Overtime is compensated at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
